Product Overview

Strawberry Puree Syrup gives bubble tea shops and cafés a ripe strawberry base with a thick texture. It contains 60% fruit ingredients and uses Sweet Charlie strawberry with apple concentrate. The fruit flavor is strong, while the perceived sweetness stays moderate. At 60 °Bx, it holds up well after tea, milk, water, and ice are added.

Recommended Applications

Best for strawberry fruit tea and strawberry slush. It also works in fruit milk tea, sparkling drinks, smoothies, and coconut drinks. For tea-based recipes, pair it with Premium Jasmine Green Tea, Gardenia Green Tea, or Tieguanyin Oolong Tea. We do not use this formula as a first choice for lemonade.

Why It Works

The thick body gives shaken and blended drinks more weight. The ripe strawberry character stays clear in both tea and creamy bases. That makes it useful for shops that want one strawberry syrup for several bubble tea and café drink formats without making every recipe taste the same.

Preparation & Usage Guide

Start with 40 g per 700 ml drink. Adjust about 5 g up or down after tasting. For a basic fruit tea test, use 300 ml tea, 40 g Strawberry Puree Syrup, 30 g fructose, 20 g Signature Syrup, and 150 ml water. Add ice to 700 ml and shake well. Adjust added sweetener to match the finished drink. Refrigerate after opening and use within 7 days.
